我在谷歌 play 商店上架了一个制作手写字体的 app ,收到一个一星的评论,内容如下:

Absolutely useless app. Can’t even import ott or ttf font file. Useless limited drawing tools as well. Zero stars from me.

一个东西有人喜欢有人不喜欢都很正常。我一开始的回复是(都是用 ChatGPT 翻译的):

You gain by letting go. This app focuses on speed, not complexity—sorry, it’s probably not for you.

后来觉得没有完全表达我的意思,所以又编辑解释了一下:

You gain by letting go. This app focuses on ‘quick’, not complexity — Sorry, using your finger on a phone just isn’t ideal for detailed editing. And it’s a handwritten font ‘creator’ not ttf editor. Thanks for the feedback — future updates might better meet your needs.

至此都算正常。但是后来发现邮箱收到一封邮件,从内容看就是这个发评论的人发来的,可能他也觉得这种语言不能发表在公开的 play 商店:

Itna vella baitha hai kya chutiye jo instantly reply kiya??
Making shit app & listing on play store. And when someone posts a genuine review about your shit then you start crying like a girl in reply!?? Are you a gay or what? 🤡

Glyph editing apps DO NEED advanced editing tools. Don’t talk shit like – “focusing on speed, not complexity, app is not for you & bla bla bla” 🤡🤡
Go & learn basic common sense, else stop developing shitty apps. 🤡🤡

我用问了 GPT ,第一行是印地语(所以他是个印度人吧?),意思是 “你是不是闲得发慌啊,傻 X ,居然秒回?” (我正好半夜醒了收到手机通知有人评论,就回复他了),后面就是一些咒骂。

我当然不会因为这种人就对自己的 app 失去信心,或受到其他影响,后续并不打算和其纠缠。只是头一次遇到这种事情,想问问大家是否有类似经历,有哪些更有智慧的处理方式?

另外我觉得给 app 评论这种事情一般是遇到问题、或者觉得不好、或觉得非常好才会评论,一般使用正常的人是懒得花时间去做的,属于沉默的大多数,所有 app 评分会放大负面反馈。所以有哪些方法可以获得更多正面评价(花钱买除外)?谢谢
