岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 参与游戏核心玩法、系统功能、经济模型等模块的设计与文档撰写;
2. 根据市场趋势及用户需求,制定产品规划与迭代路线图;
3. 撰写中英文产品文档( PRD )和策划案,确保需求清晰易于开发落地;
4. 协调程序、美术、测试等多方资源,推动项目高质量交付;
5. 跟进游戏本地化/国际化需求,确保中英文体验一致;
6. 分析产品数据与用户反馈,持续优化用户体验与商业化指标;
7. 参与竞品分析、版本回顾与内容更新规划。

1. Participate in the design and documentation of core gameplay, system functions, and economy models;
2. Develop product planning and iteration roadmap based on market trends and user needs;
3. Write bilingual (Chinese & English) product requirement documents (PRD) and design specs for effective development implementation;
4. Coordinate with engineering, art, QA, and other teams to ensure high-quality product delivery;
5. Follow up on localization/internationalization needs, ensuring consistent experience across languages;
6. Analyze product data and user feedback to optimize experience and monetization;
7. Conduct competitive analysis, version retrospectives, and content update planning.
任职要求 / Requirements
– 本科及以上学历,热爱游戏,对游戏系统设计有深度理解;
– 至少 1 年及以上游戏策划或产品经理相关经验;
– 具备中英文沟通及文档撰写能力,可作为中英双语桥梁与海外成员协作;
– 熟练使用原型工具( Axure 、Figma 、墨刀等)及 Office 套件;
– 熟悉 Unity 与 Cocos Creator (或 Cocos2d-x )引擎,有一定编辑器实操经验;
– 良好的项目协作能力与跨职能沟通能力,具备自我驱动和结果导向意识;
– 有一定用户视角,能从用户体验出发设计产品功能与系统细节;

– Bachelor’s degree or above, passionate about games with strong system design understanding;
– 1+ years of experience in game planning or product management;
– Proficient in Chinese and English communication and documentation, capable of bilingual team collaboration;
– Skilled in prototyping tools (Axure, Figma, MockingBot, etc.) and Office suite;
– Familiar with Unity and Cocos Creator (or Cocos2d-x) engines with practical experience;
– Strong project coordination and cross-functional communication skills with a result-oriented mindset;
– User-centric thinking with a solid grasp of game experience design.
加分项 / Preferred Qualifications
– 具备日语能力( N2 及以上),能阅读日文游戏资料或支持日语内容策划;
– 有上线项目经验,熟悉版本迭代节奏与上线流程;
– 对数值平衡、关卡设计、剧情脚本等有专项研究或实战经验;
– 熟悉国内外游戏市场,对不同地区玩家偏好有一定理解;
– 具备数据分析能力,能基于用户行为数据制定优化策略;
– 了解游戏商业化策略,如内购、广告变现等机制;

– Japanese language proficiency (N2 or above) for reading and content planning support;
– Shipped game project experience with familiarity in iteration and release processes;
– Specialized knowledge or experience in balance design, level design, or narrative scripting;
– Understanding of global game markets and regional player preferences;
– Data analysis capabilities for player behavior-driven optimization;
– Knowledge of game monetization strategies such as in-app purchases and ad models.
